Refunds in the form of cash or credit will not be provided when returning any item.
Instead, store credits will be granted, loaded onto a gift card, for products that remain unworn, undamaged, and unused. Please note that store credits will be exclusively issued within a 10-day window from the date of purchase, and no exceptions will be made. To qualify for store credits, customers must ensure that the garment(s) still has its original tags attached and provide the original sales receipt.
Please be aware that the following items are not eligible for returns: Specialty items
- Costume jewelry
- Items marked as sales or clearance
- Discounted items
- Bathing suits
